A dress must have a good twirl..
Yesterday I went and picked up my dress...tried it on again, and I actually felt like a princess. I know...cheeseball of me to say...but all of the sudden...Reagan's theory of 'the importance of a dress to have a good twirl' made total sense. I sooooo wanted to twirl.
