We set up the baby cradle today. It's so sweet. Hard to believe that Samy, me, Reagan and Alex all slept in this cradle. Mom said it was purchased at an antique shop back in 1968 and was probably 40-50 years old when they got it. So, at least around 80 years of baby memories right here...and soon little Gracelynn Mae or Savannah Mae...or what ever we decide to name her will be snuggled up in here.

This is lovely. Be sure to do a layout of the cradle with the story behind it. Summer had a similar one that both of Ken's other children used when they were babies. It reminds me of this one a lot, except it's lighter wood and it hangs onto the frame by hooks on each end. I loved having her in it next to our bed when she was a wee little babe....
